I recommend three things: Playing the quests by OSRS gold release date, averting guides. You will essentially gradually ease in the new things and unlocks. Not utilizing heritage battle. Eoc works and has a revolution mode which activates abilities automatically. It’s barely more engaging than heritage should you activate the specs manually, but you may set it up to possess even those trigger automatically. Anyway, this enables you to get familiar with abilities without them being a hassle, and you also get access to action bars, which allow you keybind prayer stuff and switches. And joining a social clan that can answer questions you might have is great. There are too many tiny things that you can not all record in a reddit remark, however a clan is often willing to explain.
Generally, performing quests is a great way to initiate a fresh account. Doing the early means that for at least some of those quests, the exp rewards are at least somewhat still rather meaningful. And lots of the unlocks are helpful. RS3 also has May’s Quest Caravan which adds benefits are quest point milestones. For every 25 QP which you get, you can get a Magical Dice, which when wrapped provides some GP plus a random Treasure Trail reward. The GP is a great way to find some starter money. And if you’re lucky, you’re going to find a few items that worth ~500k/ea. Or if you lucky, you can get a dye. And in 25, 50, 75, 100 and 125 QP you can unlock bits of a hybrid armour set, which scales with your lvl, up to Tier 75. At 150 QP you can unlock Vanquish. A T75 weapon which can be changed between all 3 combat styles.
I’ve been playing alot of barbarian assault and control lately. It’s got me thinking of different minigames. Ones that could be more dynamic even though you’re running them alot. Without giving away any of mine, what are the first things you consider if you begin considering a new OSRS minigame? Some variant of Stealing Generation. I enjoy the idea of a map with multiple lanes or paths, but at nodes that are fixed. So there might be a spot in the center were resource nodes constantly spawn, but you won’t know whether it’s a treebark, or such. There could be other spots where a node could spawn or it might be empty that game. In total there would always be the same amount of Old School RS Gold nodes per game and the further you go from the group’s base, the grade the resources will be. The tier resources would always be at the middle.
